• Freight cost changes
• Manufacturer updates

BNBB Elite Outdoors reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product descriptions at any time.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BNBB Elite Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Supplier fulfillment limitations

If an order must be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

4. Special Order Products

Many products offered by BNBB Elite Outdoors are special order or distributor-fulfilled products.

Special order products may require extended production or fulfillment timeframes and may not be eligible for cancellation or return once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or distributor.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders may ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners using third-party freight carriers.

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier processing times, freight carrier schedules, and product availability.

BNBB Elite Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Freight carriers
• Weather conditions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Manufacturer production delays

6. Freight Delivery & Inspection

Large outdoor kitchen equipment is typically delivered via freight carriers. Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.

Any visible damage or shortages must be documented on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery and reported to BNBB Elite Outdoors within three (3) days of receipt.

Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may result in the inability to file a successful freight claim.

7. Freight Claims

Once a shipment has been accepted by a freight carrier, responsibility for transportation transfers to the carrier.

Freight damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier responsible for delivery.

BNBB Elite Outdoors will assist customers with documentation when possible but cannot guarantee claim approval.

8. Returns & Restocking Fees

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by BNBB Elite Outdoors.

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must meet the following conditions:

• Return request within 90 days of invoice date
• Product must be new and unused
• Original packaging must be intact
• Product must be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Special order or custom products are not eligible for return.

9. Limitation of Liability

BNBB Elite Outdoors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Installation & Product Use

Installation of outdoor kitchen equipment should be performed by qualified professionals in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local building codes.

BNBB Elite Outdoors is not responsible for improper installation, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding elements are the intellectual property of BNBB LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to use this website for any unlawful purposes or activities that could harm BNBB Elite Outdoors or its customers.
