Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of luxury outdoor kitchen equipment and distributor fulfillment, returns are subject to specific conditions.

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by BNBB Elite Outdoors.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 90 days of the invoice date and must be shipped within 10 days of receiving return authorization.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return freight charges.

Return Condition

Returned merchandise must be:

• New and unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Special order products
• Custom-built items
• Non-stock products
• Installed or used equipment

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
